Things were good

Well I was riding more. So much so that I wasn't posting on here. I mean lets face it what would I want to type about rides that I have done when I could be out riding? Well just when things seems to be going great I blew the seals on my Fork out. Since Fox's service department sucks I am screwed for a little while. Oh well time to blow the dust off of the road bike and see if i can climb hills after the awesome short track series we all enjoyed on those glorious thursdor nights. so until I can dig up the money to fix my fork I will leave you with this image to be burned into your heads because it is just sweet. And this image because i think Coach needs one

  2. Coarch, I have myself just experienced a fantastic high altitude colon blowout and am recovering nicely, and I will certainly put up a post as soon as I remember the damn password. Until then maybe a taste of the old school pirate origins of my (our) glorious blog. I am also in the process of learning how to put photogrorphs onto the computator, which will greatly enhance said post. Until then let me bring you up to speed. It took us three days driving pulling a massivley over weighted trailer to get here. I gained 8 pounds from the time I left STL to now. I can only ride a few miles at a time without stopping for air, apparently this goes away in about two weeks. I went on my first MOUNTAIN (not hill) bike ride. The shop I work at is about 1 mile from the Prescott National Forest, which has miles and miles of berrymanesque trails. The ride I did today was about 8 miles of singletrack with I mile of Road from the shop to the trailhead. It was awesome. Superflowy, moderately technical in a couple of places, and it connected to at least 5 other trails that I didn't have the lungs to explore. There is also some full face helmet downhill sort of stuff that some of the guys at the shop are into, and I see a Coil-air in my future. The trail I rode today was perfectly manageable with a 32 x 18 and a newly rebuilt reba. If you want to see some of the downhill, the shop I work for has a section called video trail maps on their site. There is only one video on there now as it is a newer feature. Go to Ironcladbicycles.com. I feel a second wind, and a second duece coming on, so I must go to a place that I refer to as heaven. It is a licqour store called Park Plaza. They serve sandwiches and pizza as well as having a HUGE beer selection, including $12 cases of Grand Teton Brewery's full menu. (That's 50 cent BitchCreek ESB Drewballs, although I like the IPA better.) XTRDR out.
    You guys are all jerks.

  3. $12 Cases! This is insane. I had my fair share of bitch creek this weekend. Might I also reccomend beer from the Deschutes region of Oregan. Black BUTTE Porter and Mirror Pond Pail Ale. Indeed an eclectic mix of hops, malt and water that pairs well with tubed meats.

  4. Greetings all, I am glad to here good news from Doctor as he is in a much more arid state. My duece this morning was definitely NOT very arid. Quite juicy indeed.

In other news, I have a doll that is right up yer alley:

  5. Good day jerks! First of all I would like to say dogshit on a stick.
Moving on, I would like to say that the entire Team Seagal batalion that was deployed to RIM to create a desolate wasteland of snapped wrists and overall carnage, did a fantastic job of doing just that. Burning should be pretty interesting. Nico is one Goscisnki ass jerk ass mofo. jerk.
Arizona is turning out to be quite an interesting place. Most of the bars downtwon give you a second beer for free when you order your first one. You read that correctly, a free second beer. I think this only works with draft beers (and mixed drinks, but I'm not Robort)but all of the bars have great selection. Drewballs is right about the Deschutes beers, yesterdays afterwork two for one was their Redchair IPA. Delicious. Although, not as much so as an ice cold PBR of course. That helps make up for AZ's hard stance against chinese men. They do not like chinese men.
The shop is fun. It is almost all mountain bikes. The other two mechanics are solid DRUNK ass dudes (we had a 12 pack of PBR for breakfast today, and doughnuts) The shop does a lot of fork rebuilds so I should learn a lot. The mechanic I am replacing apparently has written two books. One is called Shut the Fuck Up, the other Go Fuck Yourself. The local library here does not have them, I stopped in on the way home to check. Maybe he can get me a signed copy. Hopefully tomorrow we don't start drinking till after lunch. fuck.

  6. I wrote a book once, it was entitled "I Think The Shit I Just Took Violates The Geneva Convention."

Doctor, there are good things brewing in the southwestern part of the states, despite the intolerance towards Chinamen. Also, I did not know that they had libraries that close to Mexico.

Tell yourself and all your coworkers that they all a buncha bitches. Have you already started infiltrating the shop with tiny dick-murals? How long will it take before you have a life-sized dick class-ing up the back room?
