No news to really report on. I rode into work on back to back days giving myself 80 more miles. Nothing to write home about. I have been meaning to post this vid for a little over a week now so enjoy and this is the bike that I was riding.

    I jumped the gun and rode the entire Trace Creek Section of the Ozark Trail (longer than the Middlefork) on Friday. I wish you could have been there. Check my blog for the other stuff that I do in my free time.

    Oh Robort. What the fuck is this? I thought we had standards here. The point of a blog post is to talk about what has happened, not to talk about nothing happening. look at Coaches comments for example. Granted he takes a shit almost everyday, but something is happening, something horrible, but it's happening. Let's try a little harder next time.

    last night, i went to bed unsure of whether or not i'd make it through the night, harboring the fat poop in my nether regions. I was successful, and released it this morning. Done and done.
